How do I book?
You must book/ pay online before your class. You can either book though the Mindbody app (recommended), or the tab of our website under “Classes.” Cancellations must be done through the Mindbody app.
Are there restrictions?
90-240lbs weight requirement for all Bungee classes. 60-300lbs for Bounce classes. *Please be aware that we will privately weigh each client prior to their first BUNGEE class to determine how many bungees to put on your station. Bungee number is initially based on weight but will be evaluated throughout class based on strength and confidence in the bungee!
Pregnant women are not able to bungee
No current injuries or recent surgeries (must have doctor approval for high intensity exercise after surgery)
12-17 years of age: Must have a gusrdian’s consent (12-14 must have guardian present)
Where do I start?
Every first time participant will start with Bungee Level 1. In this class you will be privately weighed and fitted for a harness and bungees. You will learn how to trust the bungee and be comfortable in your harness while learning simple skills and incorporating them into a dance-based cardio routine! While this class is slower paced for some it is still guaranteed to get your heart rate up and provide a great cardio workout!
