  • This basic intro class is the place to start regardless of fitness level! You’ll Learn the foundational techniques of bungee fitness from balance, squats, flys and burpees. as well as bungee terminology. This class will get the heart rate up, all while having fun. During this class, we will learn the basic routines and steps to practice in Bungee Burn! It will offer a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance to challenge the fitness enthusiast.

  • Bungee Burn is a high-energy class that builds on the fundamentals learned in Bungee Basics.

    Each class includes in-harness cardio using foundational bungee movements, followed by a focused skill element that is introduced or reinforced during the workout. Skills rotate over time, so attending different Bungee Burn classes helps you build a well-rounded bungee foundation.

    The class also includes a strength and conditioning portion using weights, bands, and core-focused exercises for a full-body workout.

  • Advanced Bungee Burn is designed for those who are comfortable with Bungee Burn skills and ready for increased intensity and skill layering.

    This class uses all of the skills introduced in Bungee Burn within continuous in-harness cardio. During each class, one additional advanced skill is introduced and incorporated into the workout. Skills rotate over time, so consistent attendance helps build confidence, control, and flow.

    The class also includes a strength and conditioning portion using weights, bands, and core-focused exercises to support power, stability, and endurance.

  • Elite Bungee Burn is an advanced, high-intensity class designed for experienced bungee clients who are confident in all Bungee Burn and Advanced Bungee Burn skills.

    This class does not include skill instruction. Elite focuses on applying all previously learned skills within fast-paced, continuous cardio sequences. Participants are expected to follow cueing quickly, maintain control in the air, and move confidently through transitions.

    Elite Bungee Burn is about execution, endurance, and flow rather than learning new material.

  • Bungee Skill Lab is a low-cardio class focused on skill practice, technique, and understanding bungee movement.

    This class breaks down skills found in Bungee Burn and Advanced Bungee Burn without choreography or continuous cardio. It allows time to slow things down, ask questions, and practice movements with more intention and instruction.

    Skill Lab is optional and not required for progression, but it can be a helpful supplement if you want additional confidence, clarity, or repetition with bungee skills.

  • Bounce in and out with this 45 minute mini trampoline workout. Rebounding is the perfect way to get a great, quick, cardio workout. We incorporate resistance bands to work tone the upper body as well. This low-impact, high cardio workout not only works out the body but has great detox benefits. The lymphatic system relies on physical movement, gravity, and muscular contraction to properly detox and rebounding is the perfect way to do that.
