Class Descriptions

Bungee Level 1

This basic intro class is the place to start. Learn the basic techniques of bungee fitness from balance, squats, jumps, and push-ups. Take this class as often as needed until you feel comfortable with these basic movements and terminology. This class will get the heart rate up, all while having fun. During this class, we will learn the basic routines and steps to get you ready for Bungee Level 2. It will offer a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance to challenge the fitness enthusiast.

Bungee Level 2

This class is only IF you have taken Level 1 Bungee. Level 2 is the next step up from our intro class, as it increases skillets and cardio for those ready to take on more routines. Build on your basics and learn more flies as we challenge you towards learning more advanced skills. We will be doing repetitive techniques and mixed dance routines to get you ready for more Level 3!

Bungee Bootcamp

This class is if you have taken a Level 1. Bungee Bootcamp incorporates Bungee Fitness with light weight dumbbells and resistance bands as well as body weight exercises for a full body cardio blast and strength training. This class is not required.

Bungee Level 3

We are vamping it up from Level 2 and taking it a step further. You are ready for this class ONLY IF you have mastered the Knee Fly, Fly Spring, Needle Tap, Star/Tuck, Scorpion and Triple Burpee (Taught in levels 1 and 2). You should have a good understanding of all bungee terminology. If you are unsure of the skills listed above, you are NOT ready for this class. We suggest you take a Level 2 (or burst or bootcamp to practice skills) 4-5 times BEFORE advancing to Level 3. This is to help avoid frustration and injury. In this class, we are in fat burning mode the entire workout, so get ready to burn some major calories!

Active Mobility & Flexibility

This class is an all levels, full body stretch class suitable for all ages. It includes several types of techniques that will increase cardiovascular function, improve pain free range of motion, stimulate recovery from old injuries, and help improve balance and strength for bungee classes.

Bounce Tabata

Bounce in and out with this 45 minute mini trampoline workout. Rebounding is the perfect way to get a great, quick, cardio workout. We incorporate resistance bands to work tone the upper body as well. This low-impact, high cardio workout not only works out the body but has great detox benefits. The lymphatic system relies on physical movement, gravity, and muscular contraction to properly detox and rebounding is the perfect way to do that.
